For some strange reason, I can never take pictures of the food at this place. Obviously, the food is so delicious that I just can't wait to eat it. Every time I feel like I want to eat authentic food from my country, I have to drive 4 hours from Wisconsin to Chicago to have a place of my favorite dishes. They never disappoint me. Food s always amazing!

Delicious Honduran food. I entered thinking it was a Mexican restaurant but it was not.. The food had a very Latin taste but different. Very tasty and very fresh. Made to order. their breakfast is great. They have a dish called typical Honduran breakfast with meat(picture attached) and it has eggs, skirt steak, cheese, avocado, hand made tortillas and black beans and sweet plantains. The Honduran tamales (picture attached) are also very delicious. They're very moist with big chuncks of meat and rice in them!! I've also tried their popusas (also delicious) Today I tried a pastel and a super baleada(attached pictures) . Both were delicious. The pastel bread was flakey and soft and the inside was juicy and tender. The baleada was almost like a burrito in the sense that it had a meat and cream and avocado and cheese. It was very much like a comfort food. I will continue to keep going back and trying new things on their menu.

Everything was very delicious and freshly prepared. We shared a super baleada with carne asada, an order of tajaditas con pollo frito, and the filete de pescado caribeno. This was our first time trying honduran cuisine, and we’ll definitely come back for the good food and service
